i miss you guys...did i tell you? My college got a physical threat..in which everyone here doesn't know anything but (cause they don't want us to panic) a guy working in the student life department told a group of my friends and me that it was a bomb threat. Later, physical thurned to physical and material threat...no one was really serious about it 'cept a few who went real numb...i had no feelings...i think i can be rather indiferent towards anything i choose. i hate it when i don't feel any emotions...makes it hard to express myself and think about it...esp when you're trying to write down the experience.
again, the original purpose was to say i miss you guys..
and i really need a favor from you ppl..i have to write a paper, and if you cna help me with all the messes of the IT world, i'll be indebt to you...i'm suppose to choose from topic: how technology affects (i can choose any area, eg are:)music, education, socialization, recreation, work...I have to show good knowlegde in the specific technology, analysis of it's societal (?) effect and approach to it... (as if i know any terms like byte., bit (?), and all the funny things. What the heck is ARPA? (nevermind...the test will be over b4 i can get an answer..) ya know, finally i am being forced to understand the weird, crazy world of IT...sigh...

Hey sze.you insult me...i DO NOT make typos..i make creative art...i so want to watch the LOTR and matrix and now that sze has mentioned it, star wars...but i con't do that here...getting out of the campus is real hard, no car, and you dont' want to bother anyone. american are real private ppl...i can tell if they're sincerely or just tit for tat (which is part of their culture), and you jolly well won't go asking, "are you doing this as a favor, or do you want me to pay gas money/return your favor?"

I have yet to even touch Tolkien's LOTR this hols - as I have said earlier, maybe later... - but I am sure I will finish it before I catch the movie. Likewise, I am anxiously waiting the release of Matrix 2 and 3, and the Star Wars 2 (Attacks of the Clones) and 3. And Leng, thanks.. but I am sure all of us want to keep suspense intact. :-)

On another note, I am currently reading The Mermaids Singing by Val McDermid, a book which I have had since last year and planned to read since early this year. It's a psychological thriller and thrillers always thrill me anyway.. :-) Interesting read so far.. it's about a profiler trying to identify a serial killer in Bradfield. I guess we'll see what happens in the end.

Ah yes.. Lord of the Rings! Can't wait for the movie to be released.. and Aragorn/Strider looks almost just as I have imagined him to be.. I hope Viggo Mortensen does a good job at portraying him. Definitely my favourite character.. ahhhhhhhh. I wonder if we will hear any of them sing.. since there are a few poetry and the likes of it. I hope it won't be Disney-like. Hm, nope.

Matrix Reloaded, yes.. the same cast, except for Cypher, who died in the movie. :D Also, Tank may not return for the sequels. Am I giving spoilers? *wink*

HI PPL!!! i ought to be doing h/w but hey...ok i ought to be guilty to...ohhhhhhh...i just gotta watch the LOTR monie..and matrix 2...i think they should retain all of the old actor/ress cause it's just perfect that way.

Sze, i think it;s bcause i didn't know you real well F1-F3...i am lousy at the GMT and time zone thing..that's the one part of geography that i never got a correct answer for it. just ask nancy...i am so (what ought i be feeling, not ashamed or weird or...?) that until today, i really don't know how to calculate any of that stuff..which is why avoid the geo. area if possible. i think that's the one area that really stands out as something the school could never teach me. and Cik ailing was such a nice person...
