Sorry.. couldn't help it. I read these descriptions on me (first by Sze, and then Deb) and I was wondering if have I been really that goody goody.. but most of the time I tell everyone that I am E V I L. :) I have not been feeling good these days.. I don't really know why. Must be the ton of assignments. Stress? Depression? Or just that time of the month again?

On another note.. I am quite surprised to see that 'The Fellowship of the Ring' will be shown here in Malaysia on December 20th.. just one day after the USA release! I thought we'd have to wait up to six months for it or something.. and this sure makes me feel impatient and all. I *just* have got to get to the movies this time.. Christmas will be just around the corner then. Since Tolkien had produced this beautiful book, I'm sure expectations will be running high on how this movie will perform.

Looks like Matrix Reloaded has been hit with loads of problems. I don't really want to give away anything, but it looks as if they've been jinxed or something. There has currently been two deaths of the stars involved.. *sigh*, not to mention the World Trade Center terrorist attacks which also, could influence the outcome of the movie.

Ah well.

Yes, I will graduate with a "B.Sc (Creative Multimedia)" 4 years from now. Do you think it's like possible to continue with a second degree there? Or perhaps, my Masters? Sigh.. I am so clueless about all these academic procedures. I think I want to know more about Calvin College, I am in fact checking out the site (muilti-tasking)...

Today, Leng and I will be having our Faculty Open Dialogue. This dialogue session is organized for us (Pre-U students) to have a clearer and better understanding towards what we will be learning in the next 3 years as well as to give an opportunity for us to bombard (maybe I should just say, ask) questions and our doubts. Well, Deb, the interesting part is that, the purpose of this dialogue was actually triggered by one of our students who dared to stand up and ask questions about our Faculty. I think that was a pretty cool thing to do, especially when that provided some kind of platform for the students here to voice their problems in which they would not do in the first place because of their Malaysian-student-syndrome.

Well, let's just see what happens later this afternoon....

Sze, Calvin has a real good art school. there's also a degisn school nearby..forgot the name..but it had a real nice lobby. Well, basically, calvin has a real good everything, and i'm not just saying this cause i'm here, but really. the engineering, communications, computer science, education, business....it's considered small, but to me it's biggo. i like the attention...small classes for some. The compuiter thingey departments are doing some kind of project that invloves the net.
when you're done with MMU, you'll get a bachelor's right?

Oh yes, I would love to study somewhere else besides Malaysia one day. Say Deb, do you plan to extend your "stay" there i.e. work there after graduation? I know you told me something about the demand for what you study is high here in Malaysia, but the area of speech therapy or whatever complex-sounding mumbo jumbo isn't all that established yet, right? If you are, maybe after MMU, I can apply to one of the art schools there? Know of any good ones in MI? I have already found a few around in Texas, LA and NY. Oh sigh... Tell me more about the scholarship thingy. :-) I am getting interested here. I am also interested to read from the web book. So do send me an e-mail to me yea?

Leng lent me her Dave Matthews Band CD. It's blaring right out of my mini, sound-mutator speakers as I am typing. It is not bad.. so thanks Leng. (Hey, suddenly this idea of having a review section!) Since Leng, you are such a music *freak*.. I hope you receive my suggestion with those open, welcoming arms of yours. ;-) I will return your CD soon.

Aieeee.. that's the problem with local educational institutions here. No one ever comes to perform any concerts and stuff.. especially not the ones from other countries. *sniff* I'm sure the Lifehouse concert was a blast.. and to have Jason Wade.. aaaahhhhieeeehum. It's no wonder why a big, big number of people are interested in them. :) Do tell me of the future performances in your college, Deb.. I would like to hear more, although most probably I'll just sit in my room and grumble about my 'unentertained' life.

By the way.. I'm sure I have a right to post whatever I want here. :D I can't help it if those songs are playing like a jukebox in my head all day. Music! No music, no life. Not exactly, but you get what I mean. If only I have more money to invest in CDs.. (Sze! My Dave Matthews Band CD aaaah..)

if you're relly interested, there's the webbook...the class textbook which i'm suppose but never do read. most of the material is in the book , but some are added in the class. the pinging thing was added i think..idont' know how he breached into that. we're learning the history of the baby ARPANET and onwards. i think you would know most of the things...what is hardware, software, hub, how to use them...
argh...sze, is you mom a gov servant? if so, then maybe you can still come here...no worryies bout finances....a person like you can get total scholarships here...it's academic, personality based qualifications. For scholarshoips and admissions, the leter of recommandation counts the most...so...i think you'll really like it here. you're encouraged to do a lot of thinking..and prof love it when you go see them...you can see that they really want to teach.

oh....did i tell you life house came to my college to preform and they also had 'conversation with lifehouse' thing. i dind't go..ppl were camping out in front of the auditoruim because it was free seating .The concert was during the evening, but ppl were there early in the morning (talk about crazy, well, obsession). DC talk is coming ot town as well...for $29.50 you can go.. (i WISH the ringgit will PULLLLL up!!!!)...

Water cut in the girls' dorm!!!! What a bummer! ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know how is it like to feel really shitty when these things happen and then things just don't get better because right after the water supply came back, the taps ran dry again after a few hours!!! I so hate this! We had to go to our faculty building to get our shower, which was pretty darn depressing thing to do since lecturers go in and out of the washroom.

Deb: I think I know what you mean about the "ping-ing" thingy. I would really love to learn about that if you could have paid more attention in class! :-) I mean, seriously speaking, I read about it in a book ages ago, and don't really mind getting more in-depth in that topic. You know what you should do? You should really try to learn as much as you can in your IT class. I am not sure, but I have this odd feeling that we are not learning as much as you are there, or even we do, the topics are not as elaborate.

Note: Why does Leng always write about the songs she listens to and nothing else? Hmph.

No Sze: I do not think George Michael as sexy: I think his voice is sexy. :D That's quite a difference, you know. I've been searching for the song so badly, to the extent that my browsers have always threw me "Blahandblah has performed an illegal operation, blahandblah will shut down", and stuff like that.. and I've FINALLY got it here! I don't know why that song appeals to me so much.. I hear it all the time in my head.
About deleting the blog thingy.. I had tried to delete a blog many days ago.. but it doesn't work immediately, I think. Either that, or only the administrator has the power to do it. :) The blog pages are only refreshed about once a day, if I'm not wrong.
Oh, never mind.. it's music time now! Hum, dum de dum. Don't feel too good these days.. that's why music is so essential in my life. :|

Deb, sorry I couldn't make it to read your message about you being online and all. Anyhow, Mondays are always filled with lectures for this trimester here for the both of us (Leng and yours truly)... I see you have been writing blogs more frequent than the two of us these days. :-) Good good.. What happened to your love-hate relationship with computers and the subject, IT? You sounded quite to the extend of using a jack-hammer and jam it repeatedly at your puter... or is it your friend's?
