i had the most wonderful, lovely evening/night today...a group of internationals/firends came to gether to hang out, etc...we cooked together, talked played games, and now we're going out to play in the snow....i;'m suppose to be changing clothes now...but i'm felling all warm inside that i wanna write...

It's 8.56 pm here, and I am at my aunt's place in Etobicoke, Toronto. It's warm in here (thank goodness), and I am so in love with this place. It's like HEAVEN! :-) The people, the services, the city, the architecture, the buildings, the hotdogs, and oh, the weather! Ahhhhh..... I am going to just stay here forever. This is a post to tell you that I am settling in Toronto from now on. Cheers!

I have seen the first movie to the Lord of the Rings, and I give it a rating of 9 out of 10. (The Matrix stands at 9.2 out of 10)
It differs quite a bit from the book itself, and there are some issues that weren't given enough emphasis. I don't think I should give out the spoilers - I suppose both of you will be catching the movie, sooner or later.. maybe then we can have a brief discussion about it. Love the scenes of Rivendell, though. And I don't want to talk more about how heroic and great Viggo Mortensen is, as my favourite character Aragorn/Strider because I know when I start, I won't stop. :D All I can say is that he's just the way I had imagined the mysterious ranger to be. The movie is as good as the reviews given, but then, it all boils down to the individual to decide.
Just got back from Cameron Highlands today - tiring 3 hours worth journey. Spent 3 days on the cool highlands, absorbing each and every beautiful scenery possible. It was my first time there - have been to Genting countless times, though. Nothing to shout about, really, but I'm glad I had a(nother) long awaited break for myself. I'll elaborate more if anyone wants me to.. I don't have anything much to say at the moment.
Shall devour my mashed potatoes now.. and head off to sleep pretty soon. Classes tomorrow. Sigh.
